Should I use NYLOC nuts on the CIS Runners?

Should I use Nyloc nuts on the CIS runners to heads? They weren't on there, and I really don't want to use them because it is going to be a PITA to get them going in the tight area I am working. Wayne uses them on his rebuild in the book - but I was just going with new regular nuts and Wurth wave washers as the way it was when I took it apart. What do you guys think?
