Getting new wheels need some advice please

I'm thinking of buying a set of 17" CupII wheels and tires. Here are the sizes 17 x 7.5 (offset 52) and 17 x 9 (offset 47). I need to know what size tires I can use and not rub the fenders like I do now with the 205/55 R16's that came with the car when I bought it.

You do know that those wheels used on an 87 911 will need ~29mm front spacers and ~32mm rear spacers?

A lot of people have 215/45x17 front and 255/40x17 rear. I have the same front but 245/40x17 at the rear. After lowering the car quite a bit I have experienced a little rubbing at the rear. Still it looks like it can be sorted out by giving the wheels more negative camber.
