Disconnected wire

By replacing my fuel injectors en injector sleaves today I noticed a disconnected wire on the passenger side of the car below the air box. Does anyone have an idea what it's for and where it should be connected to?

Do you have backdated heat on your ride? That looks kinda like the connector that would go to the heater blower fan to me but I don't know why it would be on the right side of the car.

Also, depending on the year and specific model of 911, on the LEFT side is the thermotime switch (above the #2 and #3 runners) that may use that type of connector. Again, why it is on the RIGHT side ... ?

Thanks, can you zoom out so we can see it in reference to the rest of the engine? +1 so far it looks like a heater blower motor wire connector 12V/ground. Does your blower motor work?

Only used on '78/'79 CIS for the thermal vacuum switch. Still built into the harnesses from '80-'83 but not used. Tape it up as there is a constant 12 VDC to it while the ignition is on.

The heat blower is working and uses a similar connector. Seems like it has indeed no function to my '83 SC. I'll tape it up so it can't harm. Thanks for your help!
