G50 yes, but it will take some modification. To my knowledge it will bolt on to your engine however the G50 had a Hydraulic clutch so you will have to either convert the cable system to that or find a way to attach the cable to the G50. The shift cuppler and mechanism is also a bit different however since I believe the chassis remained the same though out you should be able to drop in a G50 style shifter with out any modifications in that area.
The tip transmission is a whole other issue. I dont know much about them but I would think that there is a lot of electronic work that needs to be done. Could it be done, most likely, would it be worth it/cost effective, no. The tip cars are really cheap in their own right. For the cost of the conversion you could find a nice tip equipped 911. Regards Dave

Anything is possible with enough money thrown at it. Ruf could make the conversion for you and it would look like the factory did it.
It would be a ton cheaper to buy a car with what you want.

More to the point...
You really need to cut out the torsion tube and put in one from an 87 or later G50 car. (hackity hack...) Also I believe Patrick Racing does the short bell housing conversion on the G50 which can get you some more space.
