Making Progress! Engine is in - with PMO

I'm made a lot of progress this weekend and the engine is back in the car. I still have lots of little to-do's so it will be about a week before the first startup with the new PMO EFI & Electromotive.

I'm feeling like I can see the end of the tunnel.

Here's a progress pic - lots of little wires to clean up and add connectors to. When I'm finished with the entire project, I will start a "start to finish" thread with better pics.

Hi tidyboy, I'm waiting anxiously for the start-up. Beautiful. Also looking forward to reading the whole project thread. If your going to do it, do it right. That you did, awesome.

Have you started it yet? If so, how does it idle?

I am planning to use the PMOs on a 3.2 ss

I wish I had the time, patience, energy, money, brains and balls to do something like that. In other words, it looks fantastic. Good on ya, Vern.

If only I could go a little faster and get this finished. I have committed myself to two hours per night to get it wrapped up but then I've ended up working late every night.

I can at least report that I have cleaned my garage and I'm ready to finish the job. The only open items are to finish terminating sensor plugs, install the front & rear sway bars, finish the wiring for the fuel pump moved to the front, mount the fuel filter & fuel pressure regulator, adjust the rear alignment to get back to my markings (everything got moved during rear bushing replacement & I finally found & bought the correct allen wrench to make adjustments), Install front seats & shifter.

Now, if I can't get all that done in the next week or so, something is wrong with me!

You'd be surprised at how little I can get done in a week working a couple hours every night. Worlds slowest mechanic!
