I love these pics of 911s in the snow. I don't remember where I snagged them - very likely on Pelican.

I didn't mount my snows for ice racing yet, so the car is on a set of all seasons that I have. Despite being on the wrong tires, the car still has an amazing amount of grip. I will be running Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 for the ice race season.

I can't bring myself to drive mine in the rain let alone the snow. Would be a blast though, I'm jealous

Many pack their 911s away for winter. GREAT to see you out in the snow with yours 3! Love it!!!

If I could find pure snow and roads not doused in sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, calcium magnesium acetate and potassium acetate...
I'd be rocking a set of Braids and Blizzaks and the 911 would never get stored. Awesome!

Reminds me of the days when I went skiing with my Porsches, loved it and the cars loved it!

I have road raced a 944S2, rallied two awd cars and ice raced in front and rear wheel drive. I can honestly say that i'm truly impressed with this car in the snow...
It's like a great bottle of wine...It does no good if it stays corked. Have fun boys! |

This ^^^ I don't mind the snow - it's the corrosive stuff they slop on the roads that keeps my 911 in mothballs. Driving on snow is a blast.

I love driving my 911 in the snow...
I live at 8100 ft in Colorado. My 74 wears studded Blizzacks all winter long. I have more fun than any of the Subarus or Audis...as they have no way of kicking the rear loose. But I do

How do you keep it from rusting into dust? No salt on the roads there?
