Replacing front sway bar bushings

I've got the sway bar off, and I'm cleaning up some rust on the the bar, brackets, and skid plate before I put it all back together. The sway bar came off easy enough, but the bushings were very worn.

I guess I should have asked this before I took the sway bar off, but are there any tricks for replacing the front sway bar bushings?
