Why do you give two ****s about the method, considering you would not want your car's a/c system to deliver cold air (what you call "discomforting")? Not to mention you do not have plans to venture into a/c system servicing . . .

You are focusing on fantasy as opposed to reality regarding operating a car's a/c in hot climates - you are not going to get an equalization of inlet and outlet temps in a 911 in a hot climate. Like Dave mentioned earlier, running the a/c in one of these things is about like operating a refrigerator with the door open. That is why I specifically said "lowest possible" - not talking about the theoretic lowest possible, either.

Why not shorten it up and just say Eric is credible?

This is contrary to bald-face fabricated crap to undermine Charlie Griffith.

Here is a tid-bit from 2013

Like most every other thing you say, this makes no sense. I have never asked Charlie why he does it like this. Just follow the instructions as printed in the documentation that comes along with the gear. When someone has more experience than you could gain in a lifetime, you listen to that person, because they probably know something. This is a skill you lack, and it shows. Your animus for Charlie makes you act stupidly in this forum, making doing any AC work that much harder. Your flights of fancy and your subject changes are nothing more than abuse of your posting privilege.

No, I don't know why Charlie uses this method with this car. In stead of inventing some stupid schitt and having a wild fantasy about how wrong Charlie is, why not just ASK HIM?

I try to discuss things I know about, or can learn about easily. I try to seek knowledge when I don't know something, but think I should. And I try to never pretend to know something when I don't. I am sometimes wrong about facts, but never do I just pretend I have knowledge on a subject when I do not.

Doesn't this description fit post #198 and 200...?

Posed as questions...?

How does one explain sub-freezing vent temperatures when you have 2 separate control systems that if not somehow over-ridden should prevent same?

Yes, you do often pretend to know stuff you don't. The reason that sub-freezing vent temps are possible has been explained to you on more than one occasion. I found those explanations to be plausible, and your continued harping on the subject is abuse of your posting privileges. The fact that YOU don't find the explanations plausible is meaningless. Your lack of knowledge and inability to think past your dislike for Griff is evident, always.

Are you serious? This is where he shines.

When people who give a remote shiet vomit all over their laps and want to place a dagger in his heart, he responds to push back with rhetoric.

wwest is the quintessential "C" word.

He's got nothing except hate for CG.

Eff you, wwest. Eff off and die.

I'll take a vacation for this. Eff that a-hole.

Moderators and their bosses, including Wayne, should be horse-whipped for allowing this cancer to propagate.

Make sure you keep the ban to just a few days to be fair, like you do with wwest. Like maybe a minute.

Eff it, ban me forever. I'll find another place.

This is a God damned joke.

I think I have made my point. Get rid of this troll or get rid of me.

NathanR, thanks for an interesting thread detailing a worthwhile effort. As always seems to be the case on this subject, it has deteriorated into banality and name calling. I, for one, am going to unsubscribe and quit watching the train wreck.

Thanks again for your effort and everyone who has had positive, constructive input!

You have read enough of these threads. You know the difference. It is not a group effort. It is one single person that is the crux of this.

A handful of people stand up to this imbecile.

Not you, though.

Both Becks and martini. And why play it safe? You're not getting paid to play, so go for broke. Nobody got it in the hole laying up. Besides, going for it gives you a chance to work on your sand game, LOL.

Why do I have to risk my membership here to make a statement that is as right as rain?

I get the idea something else is going on here.

But I have a solution. The solution is that when Willard posts stuff that's off-topic, report him for abuse, don't answer back, and make a post suggesting that if he wants to change the subject, that he start a new thread (instead of crapping up the other threads with his bovine excrement. In addition, that moves his troll meter to the left significantly. And shortens these threads to a more helpful length. No matter how hard he trolls you, just suggest he start his own thread. That's it.

Excellent advice (just discussed this very thing with the golfer dude this past week), but something I just can't seem to do - especially when he is challenging some method of mine simply for sport (like here, the whole charge procedure stuff is sport for him since he does not do a/c charging, does not want a system that will hang icicles on yer parts, etc., etc., adnauseum, BUTTofcourse). That's my problem though, I realize.

Let me digest that. I am fit to be tied at the moment.

I think they offer classes in Rockwell addressing comedic timing. Just a thought.

Dude, I am furious. This forum is pathetic in it's oversight. Give me some space.

I understood your position, but Ronnie is irreverent to a fault. I give him a pass because I don't think he "gets it" sometimes. I agree with you - this question comes up over and over and over, and the same jackass screws up each and every thread with his garbage. And PP just doesn't give a schitt.
