Humidity problem

Hi,

I have a 911 1986 , 3.2 liters. When the air humidity is above 90 %, my car has the difficulty to start and the engine stall. I cleaned the air flow damper last april. I will change the wires plug, distributor cap. I have the same problem as Jim Garfield.

Thank

Roger

Check the connections to the fuel injectors as well. I had a problem for a short time that the car did not run right after I washed it. I kept playing with the ignition stuff and it turned out to be the one injector connector that was not solid.

Humidity problem

Hi,

I found that my wire connected to the coil was oxidized. I brushed it and it is OK. I will change the coil and the wire. Also, a new cap and rotor will install soon.

Keep your old coil as a spare.

The new Bosch coils are crap. Often no good right from the box.

I need to buy a brand new wire coil for my 3.2 liters. Where i can buy one. The problem is: i must buy the complete wire set. I need only the coil wire. My 911 is not the turbo model.

Beru's are good. I have Magnecore but I've never heard anything negative about Beru's.
