Resurrecting my 1977... Another problem

I posted an intro about a car I recently picked up that has been sitting for many years. Started going through it and slowly getting her back to being road worthy. It's been an uphill battle to say the least. Recently fixed a coil issue on Saturday (no spark, replaced coil and CDI, turned out to be coil). I replaced the fuel filter while I was in there as well. It was driving OK, then when I was about to drive the car stalled. Then It wouldn't start.

Tonight the car started but had an extremely rough idle, and when I would rev the engine it would hesitate, backfire and eventually stall. The car typically idles around 900rpm. Now I took off the vacuum leading to the distributor and the car raised its idle to about 1500rpm. The car will rev fine in neutral with no hesitation, but as soon as I go to drive it under load, the car will hesitate, stall, and buck.

Where should I begin with this? Fuel? Ignition? Dizzy? Plugs/Wires? Thank you for any help. I have learned a lot about these cars on this forum in the last couple weeks.

Long story short I just went back to the garage and I'm an idiot. I didn't have the rotor completely seated on the distributor. Live and learn.

But...on to overheating. I have never driven the car far and just taking it around the block a few times I had the temperature up to 210, climbed a little bit above this. I thought I corrected this by removing all the mice nesting above the cylinders, but apparently not. The oil pressure starts off nice around 30, then as it warms up it falls to 20, and then slightly below. I just replaced the oil with brad penn 20w-50 semi. Any thoughts? Temperature is about 80F outside.

The oil pressure change is fairly normal as the oil heats up and thins out. See if your thermostat is opening. Feel the oil lines behind the right rear tire before and after the thermostat once up too operating temp.
