front passenger side lower then rest of car why?
I had some work done on the car recently, turb tie rods and steering box lowered to replace fuel line from fuel pump to firewall. Now the car is tilting to the right front end only. Also a alignment. I do have new shocks all around. The car is 86 911

They must have messed with or mis-adjusted your front right torsion bar height setting. Its just involves turning a bolt, or possibly jacking up the front, resetting the torsion cap, and turning a bolt. Get a Bently manual or take it back to the shop to have them adjust it. No big deal.

kinein - what is it that you are missing as far as information?
Also, you were asked for more data in post #4 regarding your alignment. Maybe respond to that request before bumping the thread up top again.

No corner balancing was done. Just a alignment after the turbo tie rods and strut bar was installed. Also the steering rack was lowered to replace the fuel line..... thats it

An alignment would not allow this to happen.
Any dampening adjustments on the shocks that could make a difference? If stock Bilstein or Boge, I don't think so. Absolutely sure both front strut inserts are the same part? Does the 86 have those silly US bumper height adjustment discs on top of the strut housings? They are about 1/2 inch thick. Could one be missing? Did the car have the bump steer discs under the steering rack? Not sure if that would cause a height difference. Can you be certain the left side is not up making the right side look low? Could a wrench have messed with the height adjusters thinking it was a way to gain access for the fuel line replacement? You pics show the car "in transition" with an estimated complete date of last year. Is it finished (or closer) and have you driven it around to settle the suspension?

Allow the car to sit and settle down........
It would take a while to get the car to settle to it its final ride height after the car has been lifted for an extended time. Every time I lower the 911 cars from a lift, they all sit much higher than their normal ride height. The newer the gas shocks, the longer is resistance time to settle down. Keep us posted.

well i have driven the car for over 3k miles since the work has been done. one day when i was walking into the house i looked back at the car in the garage and i noticed the height differences. it is about 1 1/2 inch difference from the passenger to the driver side.
when i am driving and looking out in front i can see the difference of the height of the car. i really havent been paying attention to the car until i saw that. meaning when i received the car back i had a crack in my rear driver side rim. so the car sat until the rim was fixed then i started drivin it daily to work. i am goin to call the wrench tomorrow and see whats the deal.

These cars are so light and sensitive to the height and alignment adjustments that an alignment without a properly weighted corner balancing may give you the symptoms you have.
Just read some of the posts others have made about adjusting their height to see what is involved. My car sits a little low in the front on one side and needs a minor alignment adjustment. It is getting new suspension rubber this fall and will be professionally corner balanced and aligned at a very reputable shop. (once I rebuild everything) Yeah, $400 seems expensive for an "alignment" but the end result will be exactly what the car needs to drive and handle correctly. Just re-read your post about miles put on since alignment and other work done. That is far too many miles to take back to the shop. Maybe you hit a pothole and threw it off. New rim and tire replaced? Taller tread and an imbalance in tire pressures perhaps? A small difference on one corner causes a big change in the opposite corner. Take it to a pro that can set your car up right.

A sudden change in ride height could indicate a broken torsion bar.
The OP did not notice for 3K miles, so it is likely that it was very recent. Quick test is to see if there is any spring action on the low corner; if not then that is a strong indication.
