Factory Issue Gt3 Racing Harness??

Does anyone know the deal with the factory supplied GT3 racing harness? There are part #' s listed. Are they any different from the readily available Schroth aftermarket versions?

Thanks.

Jim

I have seen these and they look just like the Schroth Profi III harness system. I am not sure however as there may be some OEM detail I don't know about.

The porsche ones are alot more money, almost 2x. If there is a big difference or special additional factory features - it might be worth it for the right car. I might just go ahead and order them anyway - just trying to find someone who as BIDT. Thanks.

"If there is a big difference or special additional factory features "

To be cynical - in my experience, a harness is a harness. Should cost up to US$250 or so. Unless there are some odd mounting points which would necessitate a custom mounting point, I'm guessing 100% Porsche tax thank you kindly.

After writing the rant above, I went a-searchin'

I found this:

It looks like they are "special". Doesn't justify the price, of course.
