Unsure what they're for. Anyone know?

Those go to the backup light switch on the front end (the shifter end) of the transmission. Two bullet-style connectors fit into connectors on the switch.

With carbs (next to cute girl) you can do away with a lot of the wires from the old CIS system, make the engine bay look good!
