Please need help w/3.0 engine not running

Hi- Thank you!! I bought from an estate a 911Sc that has not run in many years- I got it to start but will not stay running-if i pour fuel in flapper and hold open it will run for a then die out- it seems lik it is running lean- i put fresh fuel, new fuel filter,oil- plugs look dirty but i dont think that would keep it from running Please any thought would be appreciated

Porsche Crest

From my seemingly exact experience I found that most of my injectors were plugged up. After sending them in for a cleaning and rebuild the car started up immediately after installing the rebuilt injectors. Hope this helps.
