69T Fuse Box Question

Hello all, have been more of a lurker here than a poster, but I appreciate in advance any help you guys can provide!

Long story short, I have a 69 911T that had a busted fuse box (upper box, I). I tagged the wires before dismantling, pulled the box, and replaced it with correct part from Jim at EASY in Oakland. After I wired it all back together, and went to put the ground cable on my driver's side battery, the fuel pump started whirring as if the key were at ignition 1....however there was no key in the ignition!

Looking through some posts here (I can use the search button!) I have seen some confusion on the wiring diagrams, primarily that 69 was one year only and that even then, there are variances in how some '69's are wired.

I am fully cognizant that I may have made a mistake in tagging/putting wires back in and would appreciate if you all could give me some good starting spots to troubleshoot. I am no electrical engineer but love my car and want to get it back on the road again!

Thanks
Tim

Print the first diagram and blow it up.
SL33 is for your '69.

There is a B/W diagram I have for the T model but the only differences are at the rear console, the main fuse box is the same.

Timmy2, thanks for sending this along! So my question is on the top of fuse box I....I am reading this correctly in assuming that this is facing the "back of the box" therefore it is flipped from what I am seeing looking at the box in the trunk correct? Next to the top two poles on box I, what does the "57" in the circle mean?

Prior to dismantling the box and wires, the first post had a red wire coming into it and the second post had no wire coming into. I've attached a photo of the old box for reference. Also, car ran fine and electrics worked fine until they didn't (the right side just deteriorated too much as you can see from its condition in the picture)...so from as far as I can tell, the wiring was alright previously, the box just became too shambled to keep a charge on the right side.

Maybe this helps you further...

I think the blue-yellow wire is connected to the wrong terminal, or maybe you swapped the red wire's ?
H2 and H3 should both be thick red wires.
H10 (also red) should be thinner than H2 and H3.

(Fuse rating might be different)

57 is fuse box 1, look at the legend on the right.
PM me a phone number and I can call you to go over it if you like.

Just wanted to update that me and Rich76_911s got the box sorted out. Seems that at some point in the past, someone routed the fuel pump wire to the pole 1, left side, and altered the back of the box so that it would not have constant power. Thus when I put in a new box, which was not altered and runs power to the first 5 poles when the ground is connected, it was running power to the fuel pump.

We relocated the fuel pump wire back to it's original post (6) and the car is back up and running!

Thanks for the replies and diagrams here guys, it was definitely helpful!
