Correct wiring fuse panel 82 sc fogs

Well then, about two years ago, I tried to wire the fogs so they would work independently. Kept blowing fuses and I stopped using them. Now I want to use them and return the wiring to stock, but forget the stock setup. Could someone with stock SC fogs/fuse panel please send a photo of the way it is suppose to be? Thanks in advance.
