I agree,944 Turbo. However, there are early and later versions. The early version
have piston seals without the "rubber flap" extending over the piston and the seals are very expensive to replace. The later ones have the more conventional seals with the flap
and are more desireable. Also the later ones have bigger pistons.

Yes,they can be adapted. They will bolt up to the 3.5" mounting points on your struts if you file/enlarge one of the caliper mount holes. These calipers also need 24mm Carrera brake rotors as your SC has 20mm rotors.

Are the 3.2 calipers a direct bolt on to the sc cars?

Yes, the SC and 3.2 are identical, except the 3.2 Carrera have a wider slot for a 24MM rotor.

The pictured brakes could be from 944T, 951, 964 they are all the same w/ minor changes are all interchangeable

the fronts want a 26mm min to 28mm nominal to 32mm largest thick rotor, the rears want a 22mm min to 24mm nominal to 28mm largest(w/ some mods) rotor

if you use the fronts w/ a 24mm rotor youare starting at 2mm less than min.

If they are from a 944, they look like '87+ because the text is printed rather than raised. Which, if they are a matched set, means they have the larger pistons.

Make sure they are a matched set. They are directional too (the arrows suggest they are at any rate).

Would be interesting to see what shape the piston is. Like uwanna mentions, they changed the shape. I don't know when.
