87 Carrera a/c compressor removed questions
I removed my A/C compressor, bracket, and rear condensor. Where is the air flow drawn from, when I use the a/c fan. I am using it because the fresh air flow is so amemic. since I have No a/c now I still drive in 100+ temps. I use the ac fan to keep a lot of air flowing around me through the dash registers, its easy to regulate, better than a furnace blast coming in the window. I keep the windows cracked about an 1"for air. I think the air is just being recirculated bact through the evaporator housing to the registers is this correct? Or is it drawing fresh air in?

The AC evaporator blower motor's air is all cabin air recirculating, plus any outside air you allow in. You could 'play' with the fresh box air outlet tubes and branch or "y" them off to the AC vents, it would be fresh as opposed to stale.
