Door window frames mounting bracket

Hi All!
Could someone please tell me how these brackets work. The pictures I find suggests that they are mounted together in another way than the parts documents.

I have not tested on my car yet (71 911T) so it might be self explanatory when I get to it. I just want to be prepared mentally

Thanks for any input,
Jörgen Forssling

The bracket attaches the vent window frame to the door. Should be self explanatory once you get in there.

Jorg... looking towards rear of car inside driver's door...

In/out tilt of window frame (to control how tight or loose forward section of window frame is at top edge to the car) is controlled by putting or removing washers between bracket and door. (In/out tilt towards rear of window frame at top is also controllable with adjustments given at rear.)

Where bracket mounts to door...
