Welding set rail bracket to tunnel

I need to do some welding on the passenger side of the tunnel. I know that the fuel lines run in the driver side conduit in the tunnel but what's on the passenger side?
Is there anything that I need to remove inside before weliding the seat rail support for a lowered seat?

Thanks!

main wiring harness runs in a channel under the top passenger side corner. Tread carefully. I don't think I would weld there unless the wiring was pulled through.
