Solution for plastic broken/worn window crank guides

Re-installing the door glass in my 68-912. Could not get the window to stay in the window crank due to worn plastic grommets. Is there a solution for this or do I just replace the crank assembly?

If you don't get an answer here go to the Early 911S Registry for answers on all things early 911 and 912.
