Anyone was welcome. I didn't send out the invite, and I wasn't even sure if it was going to be open, so I didn't publish the link here. I didn't have any direct confirmation. It was one vague post on Facebook from someone I didn't know.

The grand opening is coming soon. The place is setup with a coffee house and restaurant - it seems anyone can theoretically hang out there at any time?

We're all very excited that this is located in our backyard. I left my house at 7:41AM and got there at 8:01AM or so, without even driving that fast. It's even closer to Pelican (about 10 min away).

From what I can tell, the only cars allowed on the PEC track are from Porsche's own on-location stable. I believe that is how the Atlanta one is run too. Porsche Motorsport North America's headquarters is now in the same building, so I assume that they will also run the customer race cars on that track when they are done working on them and wish to test them out. It would be great to bring one of the race cars down there for some limited exercise - so much easier than dragging them to Willow.

2nd one in the top pic is COTA if I'm not mistaken. 4th is definitely Le Mans. Not sure what the first one is but it's not the Ring.

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and couldn't get past the guard at the entrance. He said grand opening is November 15th.
