PCA 's raffle car this yr is the same shade of Bonnamassa' blue,. Just kidding,
Pca calls the 2017 color ,Miami Blue.they are recycling the 70's colors.

A couple of reasonable possibilities are:
52254 Crystal Blue
6403 Enamel Blue
but you are giving us VERY little to go on.

Possibly Gulf or Continental blue? (Newbie here- trying to help). Looking at the original picture again, it seems lighter - like a Caribbean blue.

looked at a 912 that was very close to this color. velvet green perhaps?...
