What are you doing? a refurb or wevo type replacement?

I'm installing the Porsche short shifter kit I got here on the bird. I'm really happy with myself as I barely have any mechanical experience. (Changed oil and recently ventured in replacing my F-150's pads). According to Wayne I should now be "comfortable working on more complex assemblies such as top ends, clutches or exhaust replacements". I love working on the 911! The only limit to all the projects I want to do is cashola. One project at a time. Next up is replacing the passenger window switch on the driver's side. Keep your eyes opened for that one on another thread.

Well done Alex. You will get great satisfaction working on your own cars. You'll get several major blunders as well, but we've all had them.

Look forward to seeing your work.

Cheers
Frank
