I think this is the direction I'm heading. It will sit very nicely on the radio delete plate. I could always add an in line fuse in the original wiring for the cigar lighter. I would imagine it's as simple as connecting this in line with the positive wire?

Here is a nice easy clean option for a few bucks.

Gutted 2 knobs, wired 2 sets of wires into 1 set of wires and ran those wires to the ignition wire and now the USB's are on when the ignition is turned on.......
