69' Brembo caliper upgrade with SC rotors

I recently purchased a set of Brembos off an 80's Alfa GTV6. They have the 3" spacing to fit the strut assembly of my 69'. Paired to it are some SC rotors and I could not be happier with the bolt in fit. The stock M caliper only has one slot for the banjo bolt to fit in, whereas this has 2 bleeder valve. Does anyone know which valve I should remove to fit the banjo bolt? The top vs the middle, or if it even matters?

Put your admission port on the lower location. Air needs to be bled off the top of the caliper
