What are these door hardware parts called & where do i find them

So one of the hardest things for me is finding the tricky part names. I assume these sliders are Nylon or some engineered plastic of the era.

Im also don"t know how it fits on the post on the window mech so any pics of that would be appreciated.

I understand this is pre tech bulletin, the recommendation was to move to the wheel type lifters, but I think the original is prettier.

Oh ya, im looking for 3 x (slider + nylon? washer plus spring). @admin I will post in the WTB forum once I know what Im asking for and that im not missing anything.

thanks!

With a year, somebody can likely find you a part number in the PET. Then they can be sourced from our host or a dismantler.

Thanks mike,

Its a 66, I think all the SWB cars had this regulator. On all the diagrams I can find other part numbers but not those. See attached.

I just looked at my PET and could not find it. Section 804 has lots of detail but this part is not shown as a stand alone. (unless I missed it somehow) Try sending a pic and description to DC Auto, Parts Heaven or another dismantler and see what they come up with.

Thanks Mike. I might have a go at getting them CAD'd up and CNCd out of Nylon. Will contact DC now

those are the contact points on your window regulator and come with the arm.

there maybe someone out there that makes thes as they break quite often.

Peter: keep looking. I had a broken plastic roller in my power window regulator (1980 911SC) that I found was identical to the roller and bolt on the 1986 928. PET, 1986 MY, 804-15, parts 1C and 1D, 928 537 918 roller (plastic piece), and 928 537 917 bolt (formed bolt ready for cold riveting of the roller to the operating arm.) Needed one, got two, so I have a spare. I found the same piece on the internet (sorry, didn't write it down!) and am confident that you can find the pieces you are looking for if you just keep looking and running down leads.
