1969 911 engine bay ground wire?
My 1969 911T has a wonderful one year only wiring harness! This ground wire was not hooked up in the engine bay when I took out the engine, when traced it runs through the tunnel and comes out near the pedal cluster. That end is not currently connected either and I can't see where for it to go? Any ideas where it should go or is it just not used and I forget about it? I don't see it on the Prospero's Garage 68/69 wiring diagram either?
Engine bay side: Through the tunnel near the pedal cluster: Cheers -Kav. |

Spare wire. Brown/white is not a ground. It is a switched carrier wire when used.
