RSR strut modifications
I want to weld on the double shear brackets, not because the spindles have been lowered 28mm or for any reason other than they look cool. My spindles have only been raised 11mm will this be a problem?

Are you going to use the tie rod end bump steer kit? Mock it up and see if there is room for your bracket.

elephant has a great system of stacking shims to level the tie-rod very efficiently. there's real no sense to just space the new mount the distance of the tie-rod end with no adjustment opportunities after that. chuck will not be thrilled, but his bump-steer shim method could be replicated if you looked at one closely.
