It's a fuse box opener, or fuse removal tool.

It's a key to lift a radio antenna out of its base when it's fully retracted. I have one of those antennas on my Beetle, but I still have the two antenna-plucky thingies that came with it, so I don't see much good taking yours off you.

Hang on to it. It would be good for pulling fuses.

What does it say on the keychain?

That was quick... robh is correct. I have 2 myself I found this one hanging under the dash of my red one I am stripping. Since robh doesn't want it if anyone needs it first come first served..

the key chain says... foreign car clinic corner of S. 22nd and wood, Decatur, IL 423-2335 I imagine from Bill Roberts of Mt. Vernon,IL a previous owner that even signed the back of the steering wheel horn pad with address and phone number, back in '86.

I guess if nothing else, you could use it to fix divits in the turf after each swing of the golf club! Good lead Bell!

Looks more like the tool that tightens golf cleats....or maybe football cleats.
