DME breakout box built for 3.2

I just finished building a breakout box for the 3.2 Motronic DME. I hope I don't have to use it, but will make troubleshooting much easier. The connectors to and from the DME is out of a E30 ABS controller. I just bought new pins and wired it up. I'm hoping to hook it up to a data acquisition module to collect some live data for base line.

Nice work! My friend has an original one from Bosch... i never even knew this thing existed until he pulled it out from a very dusty box in the garage.

Its called the Bosch Unitester if i remember right. The only instructions he had for it were in German. It was supposed to come with a bunch of microfiche slides for diagnostic on various types of DME's.

Nice! I always wanted one - even tho I probably wouldn't get to use it much.
But I still want one.

Samp,
Would you mind telling me what type (or name) of pins that are required to fit the housing?

I'm thinking about making a harness to adapt a modern ecm to the original wiring harness.

Thanks
Peter
