Throttle position switch testing question...

I'm testing the dual micro switches on my throttle body and have come across what I think is an error in the Bentley manual.
There are two switches. One is closed at idle and opens at 2-3 degrees of throttle opening. This one tested fine for me as it had continuity at throttle rest and the switch opened at about 2-3 degrees.
The second switch is supposed to open from 35 degrees to full throttle. My testing confirms this as I get infinite resistance from 0-35 degrees (open switch) and then continuity (no resistance) from 35 degrees to full throttle. Bentley (240-29) says that it should read infinity from 35 degrees to fully open throttle which would mean an open switch.
Can anyone confirm if Bentley is wrong and my unit is testing correctly? Thanks.

Believe 81 forward SC had WOT enrichment. I cant speak to off idle switch on older SC's.

Here's what I scribbled in my Bentley (240-25, Oxygen Sensor Wiring Diagram 1981-1983 models) for the throttle switch:

T9 - closes at 35* throttle (WOT)
T10 - opens at 15* throttle (cruise)

where Txx refers to the position on the Lambda multipoint connector (i.e. plug) by the LR shock tower.

I think there is an error referring to the microswitch (the one hanging out by the throttle linkages) as the 15* switch. That microswitch is closed at idle and opens at any throttle opening, so it is really the 0* switch. It connects to T3 on the Lamba plug.

I checked these when I had the motor out (an all too frequent occurance) when I could get at the wiring easily. It is a 1982 motor.
