Before I tossed this part I used it to make a template to block the hole with a thin piece of sheet metal.

What do you use to cut the sheet metal? Did you get the metal from Lowe’s or Homedepot or someplace more specialty?

I just used a piece of flashing from the harware store, tin snips, a file/sand paper and some paint. Reused the hardware that holds the resistor as well.
