Entire DME is en route to Ingo just up Hwy 1 a bit...Thanks to all who connected us...

rick2, what do you do in the situation where harness wires are cracked? Sometimes it seems like a simple wire-wiggle solves a problem...Eventually, as said, it bites ya in the butt, and you're gettin' a tow...

While waiting on Ingo to inspect the DME, I thought I would ask the collective here about these mystery wires found in engine compartment;
1. First 2 were stuffed under fuse panel on left rear of engine bay. Just find any mates, but the one does match the connector of an 02 sensor...
2. These 2 are found back where harness comes into engine bay. Again, cannot even find potential mates.
Thanks in advance!

Round one is O2Sensor
Brown and Red could be rear fog light wires, it was an option.
6 terminal socket/plug, not sure an 86-88 will chime in

1. You said in the original post that the O2 sensor had been replaced, but it clearly was never plugged in if you’re showing the empty O2 connector. I could see that causing issues. Where is the end of the O2 sensor if it’s not plugged into the connector?

2. I don’t recognize the female 6 pin connector.

3. Is there a connector going into the heater blower motor? If not someone may have bastardized the original connector for spades if they switched a seized blower motor to an aftermarket one.

O2 sensor is plugged into terminal coming from bunch including the harness...That's what's confusing - o2 sensor always has been plugged into that end, while the connector in question has been stuffed up under the fuse panel...hmmm.
good call on bastardized heater blower connection...must be something in that genre...
