Any history on this car before purchase- 1987 930

Hey guys, a friend of mine is interested in buying this car from a dealer (located in San Ramon, California) but he is not very familiar with the nuances of buying a used 930 and has not seen this car in person.

https://www.myhotcars.com/inventory/277/1987-porsche-930

He is having a PPI done but I was wondering if anyone has any relevant info on the car or has seen the car in person themselves. All input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks much.

No pics of underneath? Hmmm. How about a car fax, better than nothing?

A place called Kahlers in Dublin, CA. Not sure of the connection if any to the seller.

Shouldn't the back seats says 'TURBO" on them when they are laid down? Or was that an option?

Don't have any advice on the history, so I can't help but I do like how they didn't try to dress up the engine bay to hide anything.
-Looks like the interior may be been refreshed, but they forgot to replace the door pulls. Inexpensive replacement through our hosts
-Might want to post in the turbo forum to see if anyone knows the car

Good luck - looks like a great 930!

Yes, should have Turbo script, but only on the drivers side seat back.

A Turbo with 91k is close to needing a top end job and have the turbo reconditioned. Check what work has been done.
