912 Engine Removal Tech Article?

Hello,

I have searched, but have not been able to find an article on 912 engine removal.

Anyone have any tricks or tips?

Thanks,

Frank

Try this link over at the 912bbs.org If it does not get what you need, then try a different search.

I typed in emgine removal and this is what came up. Try typing in "engine removal" in the search box, then hit "search."

Good luck!

Phil:
In addition to the above links, Green912 posted a great method of 1-man engine removal some time ago. It really works well.

Here you go. Been a long time since I have checked in around here. I still have and track the 912 and have resisted installing the 2.7 I have in the shop. This winter the 4 banger gets a full rebuild that I hope will last another 6 track years.
Cheers and good luck on the motor pull!

(EDIT) just saw the link and removed the redundant repost of old info.
