SWT rear window replacement

I have a 68 912 that I would like to replace the soft rear window. I have the replacement window but would like some advice as to how to remove the old window and the best way to put in the new one. Or is that something better left to the "experts? Thanks

Fairly easy replacement. A bit time consuming.
Here is a thread where I show most of the parts and how they fit together.

thank you. A picture does say 1000 words. It looks like I have everything I need and I am sure glad I have the original latches. I have had my car since 1970 and replaced the vinyl but with an upcoming full body paint job decided to replace the whole window-Wish me luck

I have seen the 1968 Porsche 912 Classic model. It is really time taking to replace the SWT rear window. You can visit You Tube and can get the proper methods of replacing your car back window.
