Angry HELP! accelerator pump duration

I know the amount of fuel per two strokes, i know where they should point, and should all be exactly the same, but i have a problem......the duration on one side is longer than the other. the amount is the same, so is the position of each squirt. didn't solex's suffer from a flat spot at low revs? the change from idle circuit to main, the delay is too long and it's un-balanced.
