Strange brake problem

I installed a new 19mm master cylinder about 4weeks ago. I have been runnig the car around the neighborhood since not everything is ready for the road yet. I let it sit about a week without driving and now the pedal goes all the way to the floor.
Pedal was not as high and firm as I would like it before but there was at least some confidence there. was still able to heel toe now it goes down too far.

If I pump it I can gain some height and pressure. Any ideas?

Rebleed? should be ready to go on the road next week if I can get this worked out.

Yeah, I'd say you still have some air trapped in the master cylinder. Hopefully that's all it is.

Bleed, bleed, bleed, bleed. If this happens again, you've likely got a leak somewhere.
