How to flip mirror for pass side use?

Crap!!!
I just broke my mirror that I got on eBay for $35.00 trying to flip it around to use on the passenger side.
How the heck do you do this? What am I missing here? I have the holes drilled, now I need to get another mirror. Anyone know where I can get one at a reasonable price with gasket and screws?
Thanks!
Andy...

Hey folks
Before trying to do anything with mine, I took both of them apart (took the lens out carefully also) and soaked/oiled all the pivots and made sure they swiveled around before attaching them. You can very carefully remove the mirror (replacements are cheap, 10 bucks, I got mine from -cough***********cough, but that was before I knew of Pelican) and gently undo the screw and spring inside the housing. It makes for a much easier job, plus you can set the tension for how easily you want the "flag" part to swivel.
But be careful not to snap the mirror lens, it's fragile. New lenses make a world of difference though, it's a good idea to get a couple just in case.
Just what I did that helped me - good luck!
Jeff

Thanks guys.
I got another used one coming from MI for $35 plus shipping.
Hopefully, I'll get it soon, so I can get this done right.
