No Spark when the starter is cranked
I've got an odd one tonight. Been doing new fuel lines and welding the clutch tube in the tunnel. At the end I installed a hot start relay.
Now when I crank the starter there is no voltage to the coil in the crank position. Let the key spring back, starts right up. What did I do ? Any thoughts ?

Trace the circuit back from the coil, through the relay board, to the ignition switch. Check for voltage when the starter is cranking at each place. IIRC, the aftermarket points-replacement gizmos (if you have one) require ~9V to work, while points can function much lower. (Not sure how low...)

Traced it to the ignition switch. No volts at the coil with key in the crank position. Wiggle the key and the voltage come intermittently.
I sent an order to PP last night.
