I have done some rust repair in the rear trunk of my 75 chassis and during this repair I had to grind/sand some of the rough seam sealer finish on the perimeter of the trunk. This rough finish runs around the perimeter of the trunk where vertical pieces meet horizontal pieces. Is there a "poor mans" way to replicate this rough finish? I'm not looking for concours quality but would like to get close. Thanks

Würth makes a great one. The whole setup with the gun is expensive, so if you can find a body shop/friend with the gun and just purchase the sealant you'll be $ ahead. Its the pnuematic seam sealer gun and sprayable seam sealer. I used this on my trunk, very nice finish and extreamly strong.
