Post where should I take my 914 for some anti rust

I am in the SF bay area and am starting to think about replacing the floor panel and one other point of rust. Anyone know of any good places around here for that?

Try Rich Bontempi at High Performance House in Redwood City. They might not do body work but could probably steer you in the right direction.

I hear whittmans auto body in san rafael is THE place to have body work done for porsches. of course this might come with a price tag too. may be worth checking out though, I've heard from very good sources that their work is top notch.

Rich doesn't do body work. He will probably point you at Scott Yeaman, Yeaman's Auto Body. I think he's in Redwood City, like Rich, but I'm not quite certain. I don't have a phone number handy.

Scott is 914 people. Like most body shops in the Bay Area, he prefers insurance work because it brings in more $$$ for less work, but he has something of a soft spot for 914s. He time trials one which now has a 3.6 liter Six.
