Post Throttle Switch adjust.

I have to install a new throttle switch on my 74 2.0 and i was wondering if anyone knew how?? Is it as easy as the manual makes it seem?? Isn't the main thing the 20 evenly spaced injector clicks? I'd appreciate any help!!

Thanks again
ALEX

Check out the article here on the Pelican Parts web site tech area. There are two critical things to get right - the first is that the idle contact is activated when the throttle is closed (tells the ECU to set the mixture for idle, activates the mixture control knob on the top of the ECU, and on some cars, activates the over-run shutoff circuit during over-run conditions), and the second is to assure there are 20 acceleration pulses over the full range of throttle movement.
