Door handle

Where can I get the plastic part on the exterior door handle?
Also my high beam indicator quit working. The lights still work high and low. How do you replace the light in the tack?
thanks Glen

The door handle part is here:

Pelican Parts - Product Information: PEL-DR-CM1

The indicator bulb is in the back of the tach. To get to it, just pull the tach out the front of the dashboard (towards the driver's seat). It's held in place by a rubber ring, so it might take a little twisting. It might help to remove the steering wheel first.

The bulb holder does not want to come out. White wire with blue stripe?
Thanks

You probably will have to turn the holder in the socket with pliers & then pull it out. Don't pull on the wire, tho.

When removing the door handle to replace the broken plastic piece, try not to drop the securing bolt. I dropped mine.. then couldn't find it in the various cavities in the door. So I bought a replacement.. shut the door and heard the old bolt fall out loose to the bottom of the door

You lift the flap as if you were opening the door. The arms have just enough play in them to get them over the knobs on the arms of the cam. It can take a little wiggling, but don't force anything! The metal parts are not that strong...
