Garage
Randy & Derek,

I'm impressed. I've only started the tear-down of my Signal Orange 2.0L, so I'm not ready for all the bodywork stuff, but I'd sure like to converse with someone who's been-there-done-that.

I keep getting side-tracked with the daily-driver. Gotta pull the engine again - rings have moved and its blowing past them.

I'd also like to hear about your portable paint booth. Did you use this to do the primer? I've thought about how I could quarantine part of my garage for this purpose, but haven't developed any plans yet. Plus I need to hide what I'm doing from the neighbors - sh#%@t - they're likely to have me arrested for exposing the neighborhood to dangerous chemicals!!!

Enjoy!

gerard,

spend some time reading the forums at http://www.autobodystore.com/cgi-bin/config.pl?index

you will find out so much information fast! it is a very active forum with tons of info daily. the owner (Len) will even answer your questions. he has a spray painting 101 instructional video he made, which is very good! he is working on part 2 now, which will be on bodywork I believe.
