What are the proper rim measurements: Backspacing and offset if I want to put on 6 inch wheels? I'd like to run 195/60 or 65 on the car.

Backspacing and offset are very closely related. Here is a picture that illustrates:

Porsche 6x15 wheels (5 bolt - Cookies or Fuchs) are 36mm offset. A 195 fits from a 5.5-7" wide wheel.
