Can an automatic 944 be converted to a 5-speed?
How easy and how much? Id like your thoughts on this. Thanks!

The answer is yes but it is cost and time prohibitive.

One of the users here Daly944 (or something like that) did the conversion.
He was selling the car some time ago, but I would imagine if you sent him an email he would answer. Again, going with what Gordon said, it is possible, but it is rather expensive and labor intensive. Unless you have a very nice example, it would probably be cheaper to go out and sell then auto you have and buy one with a manual AFJuvat
