Spark Plug Indexing

I have two questions for you guys.
1. have any of you ever used indexing washers on your spark plugs and is it a pain to do?
2. I have some wheel hopp when breaking real hard into a turn (autocrossing). The car was pushing real bad so I softend the Koni's and took out about 3 psi in the front and about 2 psi in the rear. My next run the push was gone but I got some real lite wheel hopp in front. Any remidy's would help....

P.S. Does Pelican sell indexing washers?

1. i use +4's
2. you might have warped brake rotors. and you are just THINKING that the wheel is hopping. are you sure its actually getting in the air?

A while back I purchased some indexing washers from Performance Products. I sent them back for two reasons. The instructions that were provided needed a Masters Degree in Physics to understand. I was also told by many people (both laymen and mechanics) that I wouldn't notice anything if I did put them in. My Splitfires are doing just fine by themselves.

Mideast:
This is wheel hopp that happened just after I sofened the shocks and decreased the air pressure. I know a warpped rotor.. What I'm talkin about is a suspension problem with hard brakeing. Just wanted to know if others had a sympton like this when they lowered the psi in the fronts???? Or how much too turn down the Koni's with a push.????? This is stirckly an autocross car and never put on the street.

lim: Thanks but when your after a .001 second in a tight race maybe the indexing is worth it. thats what i'm talkin about. I love the science involved and will work a little harder to understand and make it work. I don't trust those so called experts that give up so soon. Besides i'm more of an expert then they are and if I can get a tenth its worth it...I thank you for your help but was hopeing for something more.

Tightening up the shocks may dampen some of the wheel hop. Stiffer bushiongs may be the answer.

Can't say if it helps or not, but I buy a couple of extra plugs to index on serious stuff. Seems like an open flame path would help, but it is probably so small that you would need two otherwise perfect runs back to back so all conditions are the same to compare.

+4's are the way to go i think. on bosch's website they have a new plug with an arrow looking tip that would not need to be indexed. i dont know if they sell them yet or not.
