Compatibility question (not about turbos on an NA)

Can a (natural/synthetic rubber) fuel hose carry ATE Super Blue brake fluid without disintegrating into a glob of goo?

If by which you mean the factory hoses - yes, they can do it without a problem. I know the silicone rubber hoses do not have a problem

Juvat -

I'm talking about AutoZone quality stuff here; I had some spare fuel hose lying around when I found out that the clutch cylinder connection on my new reservoir wasn't in the same place as the original...the factory hose wasn't long enough. Shoud I go with it or get some silicone hose?
